"Development of an innovative DeepFlow Mine IT tool for the optimization of business processes" as part of the SMART Path Measure, under the European Funds for Modern Economy Program, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund - Grant agreement No. FENG.01.01-IP.01-A079/23 of 10.12.2024.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence Poland Sp. z o.o. is realizing the Project entitled: "Development of an innovative DeepFlow Mine IT tool for the optimization of business processes" as part of the SMART Path Measure, under the European Funds for Modern Economy Program, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund - Grant agreement No. FENG.01.01-IP.01-A079/23 of 10.12.2024.

The main goal of the project is to develop a new application in the area of Process Mining, which is to focus on three key aspects:

1.Discovering business process models: Development of algorithms and methods enabling automatic or semi-automatic discovery of hierarchical models of business processes based on data related to the course of these processes.

2.Business Process Compliance Verification: Implementation of tools that enable the analysis and verification of the compliance of hierarchical business processes with their specifications, standards or other criteria, which will allow for the identification of possible deviations.

3.Recommendation of changes in the business process: Creating a functionality that enables visualization of business processes and recommend improvements based on these simulations.

Another goal of the project is to develop a tool that will enable hierarchical unveiling of business processes and then combine these local processes into a global process.

Creating an application based on hierarchical process models can significantly improve business process management, optimization of activities, and monitoring progress in the organization. The hierarchical structure allows for a more organized approach to process management and adapting the application to the individual needs of the organization. An innovative platform that will enable accurate analysis and optimization of business processes through the use of advanced analytical algorithms and artificial intelligence.
