Internship program #BeComeOurEmployee

Are you looking to gain your first professional experience while still studying? At BCOE, we offer a paid internship program for students during which you will face engaging challenges and learn what working in a shared services center looks like from the practical side.

We are looking for open-minded people who would like to experience their first professional adventure with us. If you would like to develop your career in business, know English or other foreign languages at a communicative level - our internship program is just for you. We provide our interns with the opportunity to develop new competencies and skills and for those of you who study full time - the ability to adjust your work schedule to classes at the university.

We view internships with a long-term perspective. We care about long-term cooperation and after the internship period, the best interns are often offered employment within the organization.

Recruitment stages

You can find all available recruitment offers on our BCOE website in the "Job offers" tab  . Familiarize yourself with them and apply through our internal recruitment platform. After receiving your application, we will analyze it in terms of matching your recruitment needs.

After the initial telephone interview, selected candidates are invited to a recruitment meeting. The recruitment interview is a great opportunity to learn about mutual expectations and verify the fit for a specific role in the organization. During the interview, we want to learn about your experience and competences, present the tasks and nature of work in a given position, and tell you about working in our company.

We try to provide feedback as soon as possible. If we decide that this is what we want to cooperate with, we will call you and make you an offer. You are only a few steps away from joining our team - do not hesitate, apply today.
