The Lean Six Sigma methodology has been chosen in 2013 as a tool to stimulate the continuous improvement culture within our organization.
Both Lean and Six Sigma are worldwide known programs implemented by various companies to improve the quality of their processes. Lean, it's mainly identification and elimination of existing waste, while the Six Sigma provides the company with the tools to eliminate irregularities, deviations and unnecessary activities in the process. Both methods increase productivity, they affect the quality of work and the satisfaction our Clients and employees.
Implementation of this program allows to transform our organization to highly productive process oriented Service Center in which each employee is actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Trainings in this subject are organized and conducted by the CI team. Each employee of our company is required to participate in the training. When it comes to year 2018, four training sessions were organized, in which 73 employees took part. During the courses, participants acquire theoretical knowledge but also take an active part in creating e.g. “SIPOC” or process levels. They have also the opportunity to conduct an investigation in order to detect a few key aspects of “a mysterious crime”. The events are also a wonderful occasion to exchange experience, ask questions and get to know one another. Lean/Six Sigma White Belt Certificate is the confirmation of participation in the training.
