ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence (BCOE) is the business services competency center at ArcelorMittal Europe - a global leader in the steel and mining industries. BCOE's mission is to provide business services to the ArcelorMittal in the most cost-effective and timely manner to enable it to concentrate on its core tasks. BCOE has experience resources and uses state of the art tools to deliver best-in-class service and cost competitiveness to ArcelorMittal Group, its affiliates and also external clients. BCOE was founded in 2007 with the vision to achieve both operational and service excellence through higher economies of scale, process standardization, simplification and automation. BCOE provide professional support in the areas of accounting, IT, purchasing support, logistics for procurement processes, HR and payroll, as well as organization and management of business trips.

Our team consists of over 800+ creative and passionate specialists and subcontractors who provide services to nearly 300 companies from eight European countries on a daily basis, providing services in 10 foreign languages. We have branches in Dąbrowa Górnicza and Kraków. Together, we try to face the challenges of a constantly changing world and provide our clients with services at the highest, world-class level.

Would you like to gain your first professional experience while still studying? BCOE has a paid internship program for students during which you will face interesting challenges and learn what working in a shared services center looks like from the practical side.

We are looking for open-minded people who want to experience their first professional adventure with us. If you would like to develop your career in business, know English or other foreign languages at a communicative level - our internship program is just for you!

We guarantee our trainees learning new competences and skills, and those of you who study full time - the ability to adjust your work schedule to classes at the university.
